We offer 14 days of hazard free return. If you receive a wrong bag or you believe the bag is extremely different from being decribed, simply send us an email, we will give you our return address and refund your item price and 50% of your original shipping. However, return shipping is not covered. For US customers, we do have a return address in the USA, so you may send it back to that address saving you return shipping.

We currently accepts payment through paypal, money order or personal check. If you choose to pay with money order or personal check, you need to contact us before sending out your payment.

It usually takes less than 24 hours for us to process your order. However, because all our bags are handmade, which means 90% percent of work needs to be done after receiving your order, it takes 1-2 days for us to make your bag and properly pack it. Therefore, the total processing time will be 2-3 days.

We offer 2 shipping options: 1) EMS, which is the default shipping method, fast, safe, accurate but also expensive. It takes 3-5 days for you receive your order with EMS; 2) China post register parcel, which is an economic shipping method to save your shipping cost, it take relatively longer time to receive your order, the estimate shipping time range from 10 days to 20 days, the cost of this method is about 50% of the EMS. Customers who would like to use the register parcel, please contact us after placing your order, we will refund the difference in shipping.

Yes, we combine shipping for any order with item amount more than 1, combine rate will be calculated by the total packaging weight. A good estimate will be, for economic shipping, it is 20% off for the second item, for EMS, it is 70% off for the second item.

Yes, as long as it is on early, we ship. If you can't find the shipping automated quote for your country, please send us an email and we will add it to our shipping location list.

Yes, we do provide wholesale, but depending on the amount of ordered, it will take up to 5 days to process and make the bags in your order. Our wholesale prices are order amount dependent, so please contact us for a quote if you would like to buy a wholesale.
